This script font was created inspirated from a lot of manuscripts, notes and drafts, written by the famous french novelist Šmile Zola (1840-1902). Specially, letters and notes from the period he was writting “Germinal” one of his very famous novel (published in 1884-1885) depicting the french minor’s life in the past middle of eighteens. It is an elegant pen written type, sometimes connected, sometimes disrupted, but always regular and legible, with many variants, ligatures and contextual alternate glyphs specialy numerous in the OTF version.
