We have created this family as an attempt to submit a Plantin’s font pattern overview. So IT IS NOT a real historical font, but a “looking like”. We have added the special east european diacritics (Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, Croatian, Slovak, Slovenian, Serbian ) and some other features. Our Italic style is resulting from a choice through the numerous possibilities.
