Caleigh is a hand-lettered modern calligraphy script font, that includes discretionary ligatures, contextual alternates, and stylistic alternates. I created this font with large, sweeping, slender capitals, and lowercase that have several alternatives. My goal was to create a beautiful font with nice flow that resembles handwriting. Perfect for invitations, greeting cards, typographical art, logos, letterpress printing, and all sorts of other design projects.
Expect to receive file updates with this one, to include more ligatures and alternate characters. I really enjoyed working on this font, and plan to continue adding to it.
Check out all of the characters of this font by clicking on, and expanding, the second image in the previews above.
Caleigh typeface can now be used for personal and/or commercial projects under the standard license. Please refer to the Licenses FAQ for details.
Caleigh is an opentype font file, not a webfont. There are online webfont converters available but I cannot guarantee the results from those converters.
In Photoshop, you can access the stylistic alternates, and discretionary ligatures from the “Character” panel. Any glyphs that are not accessible from either your keyboard or through the “Character” panel can be accessed from your Character Map in Windows, or Special Characters panel on Mac.
In Illustrator, you can access all of the available Caleigh characters by the “Glyphs” panel.
I\’ve made a special shortcut for you to add those cool dots between your numbers, like the ones seen on those fancy hand addressed envelopes. You will be able to quickly add those dots by typing the ^ on your keyboard. Try it out below in the live preview.
