The Greed typeface was originally co-created by Displaay (Martin Vácha) and Anymade Studio (Petr Cabalka & Filip Nerad) as a bespoke typeface for the Polansky Gallery. The original Greed Polansky typeface was substantially re-designed into a retail typeface. The typeface was named after the short fictional commercial “Greed”, promoting a fake fragrance by Francesco Vezzoli as directed by Roman Polanski in 2009. Greed is a sans-serif typeface with narrow proportions. Glyphs include subtle elegant curves and a higher contrast which brings a unique character to the overall look. Italics are at a 14° angle.
